Is this an Employment Opportunity

  • No we do not offer Employment through this platform. Our Gig Worker & Talent Outreach Program is a Freelance / Affiliate program that ​ works at your own will / your own skills / through your own relationships / your own time / at your own convenience / at your own ​ discretion / At Your own decision whether to benefit from the program / Stay in the program or discontinue the program

  • How can I benefit from this platform / program – What will be my share of $ margin for a placement I entered.... The net total % share is 25% of $ margin contributed to the business on recurring basis for all contractual placements or up to 25% of the hiring fee for Perm placements. Depending on number of people to be compensated on that particular deal –the share will be divided accordingly however if there are no additional members to be compensated –your share will stay at 25% of the $ margin on a recurring basis or 25% of hiring fees for Perm hires minus any tax deductions mandated by the law of the land

How Frequently will I get Paid

  • Your Payments will be released within 7 business days of us getting paid from the Client for any duration as per Clients pay cycle.

Who can make the best use of this program

  • Practically anyone, Ideally Staffing Sales & Recruiting Professionals, budding staffing professionals / or any member who can negotiate a Referral deal or a Perm Hire on a fees with a Customer where customer agrees to hire the candidate on their w2 & just compensates the company a referral fees.

Will the payments be made to me on a Recurring Basis & until when

  • If the payments received by us are only ONE TIME –then payouts to you will also be only ONE TIME. However if the payments to us are received by the company on a recurring basis for a set duration –you will be compensated until the last $ is received by us for your candidate as per your payment cycle / frequency

Can I refer the deal / Platform to someone I know and have them utilize this program & get paid

  • Yes –you can refer our program / platform to anyone including your friends or family who will be required to sign up as an individual user. As long as they are legally allowed to get paid in their country of residence –the platform will pay them at the terms of the placement at the frequency defined in the program.

What does a Referral or Margin Share Deal or a PERM hire fees mean in our Industry

  • A Referral or Margin Share Deal is a Deal where you might present a candidate for a Technical IT position with a Customer / Your customer likes your candidate & agrees to hire your submitted candidate on their w2 from day one & agrees to just pay a $ margin referral / hour for the duration the candidate works on that project or for a set duration agreed at thee time of signing the placement. In general our members have mostly negotiated a referral deal for a min of 6 months+ to 12 months+ referral business to also make a win-win deal for our ambassador. A PERM HIRE fees is a fixed $ amount a company is paid when a Client hires your submitted candidate on their w2 from day one

Are there any other charges I will be required to pay to Join the Program / Stay in the program / or utilize the Platform

  • No there are no other charges , either one time / recurring or a membership fees that will have to be incurred by the user /member while utilizing the services or our platform

What is the minimum $ margin allowed to close a deal in the program

  • There is no minimum $ margin threshold requirement to close a deal. Our percentage share stays same for any $ margin you sign up hence the Ambassadors ( Freelancer) can decide what earnings / money they want to make from the program & negotiate accordingly before closing a deal.

What if I see there is a Discrepancy in the payments that I was thinking I should have received

  • If you notice any gaps in payments you received & what you think you should have received–please immediately bring this to our teams attention by email at payment.issues@99networks.com describing the issue / highlighting the duration / candidate name / Clients name where we are getting paid from & gaps you see.

    If the gaps are from our end –we will check our systems internally & try to resolve the issue within 7 business days. However if the issue is at Clients end –we will seek Clarity from the customer / keep the Ambassador (freelancer) copied at all times by email and seek our clients help in resolving the matter at the earliest. We will release payments if any within 7 business days of us receiving the same.

Where & With Whom I will have to share my Bank Account information for getting payments once I have to get paid for a placement

  • After you enter a placement & before your first payment cycle, we will set you up with our Payroll Partners –ADP / Paychex in US & ADP / ICICI Bank in India at the backend. Most times you will receive a login id from our payroll partners where you will be able to fill & manage your own dashboard for payments

Can I get paid in cash by the program

  • No –the platform is only set up for payments on an online platform against a tax id unless you were working on a 1099 basis. 1099 might be required to report their own income / pay taxes with IRS directly & the company will issue form 1099K to the member & report earnings with IRS as mandated by law

Will I be taxed on the payments made to me.

  • Yes you will be taxed only at the rates as mandated by tax laws of the country in that financial year –1099 shall be paid as is and will be responsible for taking care of filing their own taxes. Taxes deposited by us on your behalf –a receipt will be provided to you.​

    Deductions from Payouts if Resident of India--Your payout will be reduced with (10% or 2%) or an applicable tax rate as decided by Government of India in that financial year. The tax deducted shall be deposited to Income tax department & proof shall be issued by end of financial year under the PAN number as designated by you.

    FYI for you & Disclaimer –We are not a law firm or a tax Consultant / CA / CPA firm & all members and users are free to do their own research. User can also do their own research of Taxation in India under Section 194J of Income tax Act in India or relevant sections in that country.

  • If you wish to change your banking details –you can simply reach us at help@99networks.com – we will update your records in our systems. Any changes for a running placements will be made only after last payment we received is settled in the Account we have on file.

What will be USD conversion rate taken if I am a Resident of a Country other than USA

  • Currently our business operations are limited to India & USA residents only. For residents of India –the monies from client will be first received in our US books & Accounts then transferred to our India company accounts. The rate at which the money is delivered to our Current account in India will be taken in consideration while factoring & making the payments to you . There will be no hidden charges

What if I need help in closing a deal with a client

Who are your payroll partners

  • While our payroll partners can be dynamic in nature owing to changing business conditions however we aim at partnering with Industry leaders like Paychex / ADP / HR One etc. etc. You will be updated on this when you are ready to get paid.

  • After having spent almost two point five decades in the IT Staffing Industry as an Employee, our founder wrote the Gig Worker Program intended to create a platform for our members where they could grow their earnings at a rate that is 5 times better than what the industry might be rewarding them at.

Describe –What is the Gig Worker program

  • The Gig Worker program is simply a Freelance income program / Income from other Sources one can make beyond any regular earnings one might already be making . It is a Deliverable based income and rewards the user up to 25% of the $ margin contributed to the firm on a recurring basis for all contractual referral placements or 25% of the fees collected for a Perm Hire depending on number of parties to be compensated on the deal.

    The platform gives an opportunity to Staffing Professionals / War veterans / women wanting to get back to work / budding staffing professionals / young graduates or anyone above legal age in their geography an opportunity to use their skills / relationships with people they might already know in their free time.   • After logging into My Portfolio section on the platform –you will have a Slicer that you control which you can change anytime, at your own will and update your personal settings as & when you would like to temporarily suspend updates.

    If I negotiate a Deal with a Customer --What Information I need to share with my client to complete the paperwork with the client on my placement. When you enter a New Placement –you can download the legal info / Banking information that you can share with your customer in My Portfolio section

    What if I need a 99 Networks.com email id to better coordinate with my customer or candidate​

Will I have to share my Clients information while working on this platform

  • No –the only information the system will capture is a Signed work order / Billing contacts / Payment frequency / Any contacts with whom we need to follow up for payments or client extensions / billing discrepancies / Contract teams contacts

How will I know who the recruiter is who submitted me the candidate

  • After we make a quality check & determine the candidate should be shared with you –we will copy the specific recruiter while sending the submittal with you. From there on –the Sales Professionall & Recruiter can directly coordinate with each other.

What if I enter a requirement & I get so many unwanted resumes as a response from recruiters

  • No --The System will not allow to send you a resume unless it has gone through a 2nd Level of Quality check by our team on parameters which shall be pre-shared with you

What if I enter a requirement & get submissions in so many formats which wastes my time

  • The system will not allow that. Any member who wants to use our services can only submit a candidate in a predetermined / pre defined format which is Listed & already part of our program.

  • We strongly believe --All Staffing professionals might resonate with this --Every time a Job is released from their customer –time is of Essence owing to stiff competition from other players in the market. A lot of time further goes in first Searching & sourcing the right candidate / Right Profile for the job even before one can spend time evaluating if the candidate is even a technical match & fit for the position.

    The Talent Outreach program helps Professionals to quickly connect with a Network of professionals ( Staffing Professionals / Technical Talent ) having similar interests & reach out to them if they have a matching candidate in their Network. The program helps penetrate through Networks & address The Speed Factor needed to Identify the right Talent for the job

How can make the best use of this program

  • Focus on understanding the Customer Req well / Close your candidate well / making sure you submit only well closed quality talent for the job since ultimately –you are best positioned with the platform if your candidate helps you win the Job

What if I am flooded with resumes while I rolled out a New job am already covered with what I have in my inventory.

  • The way the platform is set up –Client contact is not revealed to its members even though their job might be sent to all relevant members. Once a resume is received from one of its members –it will first be screened by our team and then forwarded to that specific client and copied to that specific member. At any point if you do not wish to receive more resumes you can simply email our team back at i.am.covered@99networks.com

Who can Enter the placement

  • You as a user can register your placement. Once entered –it will be reviewed by Team 99 Networks & then approved in the system. Even if the deal is a split deal –all users for that deal need to register the placement to claim payouts for that specific deal. At the backend Team 99 Networks will verify all parties on that deal, fix the % share accordingly

Who will negotiate the deal –margins –duration of payouts with the customer

  • We are only a platform that connects staffing professionals / technical consultants / opportunities into an ecosystem that also rewards them for their contribution. Mostly the deal has to be negotiated by the member –as a team at 99 Networks we can only help in closing the deal

Can I as a user / member also negotiate the percentage of payout between Sales / Recruiter or the candidate

  • Yes –you can. Our goal as a team is to provide the means & platform to its members to make the deal possible & recognize negotiations on a deal are best handled by the parties involved. As you enter the placement and add values of who has to be compensated –please add a remark in remarks tab stating clearly what % share shall be of each member involved in making the deal possible. On receiving the placement details –we will confirm the % share from all parties & then approve the placement for future payouts

How will I notify Team 99 Networks if there are two or more parties that need to be compensated on the deal.

  • When you enter your placement –system will ask you how many parties need to be compensated on this deal. Based on your response –the system will prompt a dialogue box where you can enter basic details of the second or additional parties. Team 99 Networks will then get in touch with the second party or additional parties & set them up in the system.

What is the minimum duration the system allows for entering a Contract placement

  • Negotiating the duration of Contract Placement is left at user discretion. Longer the better for receiving payments long term

What is the minimum referral margin requirement for entering a Contract placement

  • Negotiating the margin of the Contract Placement is left at user discretion. Higher the margins shall help the user receiving higher share long term

What is the min hiring fees allowed for entering a PERM Placement

  • Negotiating the hiring fees is left at user discretion. Members payout are directly linked to the margins made on the placement. Better margins simply means better share of the member.

Will I or my candidate be required to submit client signed timesheets to process payments.

  • Depending on the client system for payments –the system will be set up accordingly. Some clients have a portal login system / some have a timesheet system / some have no timesheet system hence Team 99 Networks will follow up with you , Client & candidate to set that process right for your placement. If the client has timesheets requirement –they need to be sent to timesheets@99networks.com

Whom do I need to send the Purchase order / Work order once I sign up a deal

  • Most Clients will only do a work order/ Purchase order for Referral deals. You as a user need to secure the paperwork from the client & upload the work order while you are registering a placement. Once uploaded –it will be reviewed by Team 99 Networks & then approved in the system.

What if the client wants to first sign an MSA before Team 99 Networks can work with them

  • If a Client wants to sign up an MSA prior to doing any business – simply introduce them to us at contracts@99networks.com. Our business team will get in touch with them to put the contract in place & then notify you about the same.

What if the client has specific terms he wants to add in the contract paperwork

  • If a Client wants to add specific terns he wants add prior to doing any business – simply introduce them to us at contracts@99networks.com . Our business team will get in touch with them to put the contract in place & then notify you about the same.

What payment terms with the client will be acceptable to Team 99 Networks

  • 99 Networks LLC does not have any specific preference of payment terms & are willing to work with clients mutually. As a member – it is always good to negotiate good payment terms with the customer upfront since Your payments are contingent to 99 Networks LLC getting paid first –so sooner the better.

What are the Insurance coverages carried by 99 Networks LLC

  • For Client referral deals –99 Networks LLC does not need to carry insurance coverages as it’s the client that will be interviewing the candidate / hiring the candidate on their W2. 99 Networks only acts as a Search firm and gets paid a referral fees or a hiring fees for helping the client source the right talent for the job but the decision to hire is reserved by the client. Should there still be anything specific that needs to be reviewed simply introduce them / your client to us at contracts@99networks.com

  • Under your portfolio login –you will have the option to browse & attach the work order. Alternatively you can email the work order at contracts@99networks.com

    Confidentiality agreement to be mutually agreed by two parties (Company & Member)

Both parties shall agree to be bound by a Confidentiality agreement that required them to keep all information confidential in totality & shall not be revealing the identity of freelancer / Director in India/ Director in US / Promoters/ Clients / nature of freelance work / payment made details / bank account details / margin share to freelancer // candidates on billing / Clients or any other relevant info to any other party unless it is required by law of the land where the member resides or by means of a government /court order or an appropriate administrative agency. In case of any breach by Freelancer / company –both parties reserve the right to terminate their relationship or solve it mutually with a dialogue with 2 weeks of the breach after serving a written notice to the second party..

  • Liability of the Company & member shall be only capped to the extent of financial transaction on the specific deal in question

Our goal as an organization is to create an ecosystem where our members carry the same value system while working through the program. Our Core values are Integrity / Accountability / Transparency / Confidentiality & Great Customer Experience. If an Ambassador falls short on any of these values while working together with other members –could be the key reason why the company might decide to terminate the members participation in our program

  • No the platform is at will program –and does not need a notice to be served to the company if you wanted to discontinue the program

  • We can generate you an email id of your choice of name@99networksc.com at a Annual cost to you paid upfront to us at (INR 1450 + 18% GST) or INR 1711 per annum in total or $19/annum.
